Welcome to a two hour workshop in yoga and breathwork.
We will explore soft & smooth Vinyasa – really connect to our breath and movement. When we have enough heat in our body we will transition in to a few Yin positions: here we will stay a bit longer, slowly melting in to each asana and at the same time guiding our breath deeper and deeper. Finally we will end up on our backs, being as comfortable as we can and then dive into Breathwork. The Breathwork will be inspired by Wim Hof breathing and different techniques taught in breathmastery.
Breathwork has a way of going deep, triggering and releasing energetic blockages and traumas.
Everyone is welcomed to this class but if you suffer from panic attacks please be aware that the breathwork might trigger that response. There is nothing dangerous about this but if you don’t know how to handle these attacks maybe wait until you’re ready before joining.
Class will either be in swedish or english depending on the preferred language of the participants.
