Zoe started her yoga journey with the purpose of finding her inner voice. She started with meditation that led her to practice movements and postures, and with that, her interest in Yoga blossomed.
The aim is to spread love and knowledge to create a safe space where others can find their own light within themselves. With the help of breath and mindful movements, she guides you, allowing yourself to feel within your body, bringing awareness to what is happening, not only in the body but also in the mind.
